Terms Of Service
For the safety of both me and the commissioner, I will not work with somebody under the age of 18 unless a parent/guardian handles payment/communication. Thank you!
PAYMENT
-Payment is done via Paypal, E-transfer is also acceptable if you are located in Canada.-If your project is accepted, I require full payment before you are given an official spot in my queue or before any work is done.-I am willing to work with payment plans. message me to see if we can work something out.
REFUNDS
-Once work has been started, there will be no refund available for that part.-If work has not been started but materials were ordered, the cost for materials will not be reimbursed.
QUEUE/TURNAROUND
-My queue is updated regularily as I work via Trello.-Work order is determined via who pays in full first.-I cannot guarentee due dates, nor can I do rush orders.-For even more detail into my queue/progress, you can also join my telegram where WIPS of current projects are posted regularly.
COMMUNICATION
-Communication will be made regularly with you directly, providing
WIP pictures via your preferred method of contact (Twitter, IG, Telegram etc.)-I'll also contact you for any clarifications, or to approve designs while I work.
WARRANTY
If there are any issues with a suit, I would be more than happy to have the item shipped back and repaired, depending on the circumstances, responsibility of shipping costs can be discussed.
